We all have beliefs that have formed through our life experiences. Beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves about the world and how it works.
They can be passed down through generations, taught to us by society and culture, or formed through traumatic life events.
Our core beliefs are held in our unconscious. They determine our choices in life.
Some beliefs are conscious, others drive our behaviour without us knowing.
The beliefs we need to worry about are the ones that lead us to behave in ways that do not benefit us.
Before we can build new pathways we need to recognise our current beliefs and identify which ones hold us back.
